Payment can be made either by cash, credit or debit card, direct online transfer or via cheque. All cheques must be made out to LOUD 87.

A fee of $200 BDS ($100 USD) will be applied to any international transactions to cover any bank fees that may be incurred.

All packages are inclusive of the Creative Director and Photographer’s labor fees and LOUD 87 Studio fees.

A 30 minute period is allocated to each photo shoot session. Additional fees apply if the client’s agreed timeslot is exceeded. The fee per additional 30 minutes is $100 BDS ($50 USD).

The Buyout Fee per digital image is $500 BDS. ($250 USD)

OUR PROCESS
Our process includes shooting many images during the photo shoot where we also show our client the photos as we go along.
The client can have as many looks / outfit changes as they wish to within the time slot.
We also have a variety of backdrop colours that are easy to alternate throughout the photo shoot.
We do not provide props. Clients are welcome to bring their own props if needed. Clients can use our studio stools, chairs and the posing table (often used as a small desk for close up business photographs).
After the photo shoot the client will receive an email with a direct link to a private viewing gallery created for each client where they can access their unedited images with the LOUD 87 watermark.
Clients will receive a direct link to a SELECTION SHEET to be filled in digitally with the client's image choices, date and signature and returned in order for us to begin editing their photos.
For each image that you chose you will receive them in colour and black and white in both web size for computers, phones, etc and in 300 DPI for large print (magazines, articles, billboards etc).
For any images that we photograph on the white background we will also provide PNG files (photos with transparent backgrounds so that clients can seamlessly place them onto any background if needed)

EDITING RETURN TIME
Our standard return time for editing images is 10-14 business days (weekends and bank holidays are not included) from the date we receive the signed selection sheet with the client's image choices.
A rush fee will be applied for any images that need to be completed before the scheduled return period. The rush fee is $100 BDS per image with a two-day return.
The unedited images available to clients for 3 months from the date of their photo shoot. This allows for clients to purchase additional images throughout the 3 month period if needed.
