The studio is a grey building situated in the middle of the avenue between an open lot and The Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association (yellow and orange building).

WHAT IS THE LOUD 87 RETURN TIME ON EDITING PHOTOGRAPHS?

Our return time for editing images is 10-14 business days (weekends and bank holidays are not included)from the date we receive the signed selection sheet with your image choices.

A rush fee will be applied for any images that need to be completed before the scheduled return period. The rush fee is $100 BDS per image with a two-day return.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR LOCATION PHOTO SHOOTS?

Location fees are $300 BDS per location. 
 
The client must pay any incidental fees. i.e. entrance fees (if required) to the location chosen by the client. For location photo shoots outdoors I recommend shooting either early in the morning or later in the afternoon in order to avoid harsh sunlight and overexposure.

CAN CLIENTS HAVE MULTIPLE BACKDROPS IN THEIR SESSION?

We can change the backdrops throughout the photo shoot. 
 
Backdrops can also be assembled on location if needed.

HOW MANY OUTFIT CHANGES ARE INCLUDED?

Clients can have as many looks as they wish to within the photo shoot session for our standard photography packages.

HOW EARLY CAN CLIENTS ARRIVE BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED PHOTO SHOOT?

Accepted Answer

Clients can generally arrive at their photo shoot appointment 10 to 15 minutes early to allow time for preparation and to ensure a prompt start.

Arriving too early without notice could be disruptive, while arriving late will cut into the scheduled session time, so it's best to arrive ready to begin on time.

We also clean all surfaces and the dressing room before each client so it is important that we have enough time in between sessions to do so.

DOES LOUD 87 OFFER HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES?

We do not provide hair or makeup services.

DOES LOUD 87 SUPPLY PROPS?

We do not provide props. 
 
Clients are welcome to bring their own props if needed. 
 
Clients can use our studio stools, chairs and the posing table (often used as a small desk for close up business photographs).

DOES LOUD 87 HAVE A DRESSING ROOM?

LOUD 87 offers a private dressing room with a fitting room, 3 full length mirrors, a vanity table and mirror with a clothing rack and makeup chair.

DOES LOUD 87 HAVE A STEAMER?

Accepted Answer

A steamer is available at the LOUD 87 studio if needed, however, we recommend that clients steam and iron their clothing prior to their photo shoot as this can be time consuming.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES LOUD 87 OFFER?

Accepted Answer

Payment can be made either by cash, credit or debit card, direct online transfer or via cheque. This can be done either at the beginning of the photo shoot at the studio or beforehand if you prefer. 
 
 * A fee of $100 USD will be applied to any international transactions to cover any bank fees that may be incurred.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY VIEWING GALLERY?

After the photo shoot we will send a digital link to a private folder created for each client where they can access their unedited images with the LOUD 87 watermark.

The viewing gallery has a feature to help with shortlisting your images. When an image is clicked the image number will appear at the bottom of the image. Clients can simply click on the heart icon to add an image to their 'Favorites List' and click the heart icon again to remove it. This helps with shortlisting the images.

For each image that you chose you will receive them in colour and black and white in both web size for computers, phones, etc and in 300 DPI for large print (magazines, articles, billboards etc). For any images that we photograph on the white background we will also provide PNG files (photos with transparent backgrounds so that clients can seamlessly place them onto any background if needed)

HOW DO CLIENTS SUBMIT THEIR IMAGE SELECTION?

In order for clients to submit their image selection they will need to fill in the SELECTION SHEET ()(()also provided in the email) to be filled in with their image choices, signed and returned in order for us to begin editing the photos. This can be signed digitally on a computer, tablet or phone.​​

The return time for completing the images will begin from the date the client submits their selection sheet.

For each image that you chose you will receive them in colour and black and white in both web size for computers, phones, etc and in 300 DPI for large print (magazines, articles, billboards etc). For any images that we photograph on the white background we will also provide PNG files (photos with transparent backgrounds so that clients can seamlessly place them onto any background if needed)

DOES LOUD 87 GIVE CLIENTS THE UNEDITED IMAGES WITHOUT THE LOUD 87WATERMARK?

LOUD 87 does NOT offer clients the unedited images without the LOUD 87 watermark, however, clients can purchase the unedited image for the standard fee per image and request for the image not to be edited.

CAN CLIENTS USE THE UNEDITED IMAGES?

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, clients are not permitted to use any unedited images with or without the LOUD 87 logo.

DOES LOUD 87 OFFER RAW FILES?

Accepted Answer

LOUD 87 does not offer RAW files to clients.

Question 27

CAN CLIENTS PURCHASE THE FULL COPYRIGHT BUYOUT LICENSE?

Accepted Answer

Clients can purchase the full copyright buyout license to the final versions of the photographs by paying the buyout fee agreed upon by the Photographer at the time of purchase.

The standard LOUD 87 Buyout Fee is $500 BDS per image.

By the Client purchasing the buyout fee, LOUD 87 acknowledges and affirms that the Client will own all copyright license to the photographs / artwork and that no other person or entity has any rights that may prevent or restrict the client from using  the final photograph / artwork material.

DOES LOUD 87 OFFER PHOTO PRINTING SERVICES?
